Proprietor of the business and former professional cyclist, Maurice had a distinguished career. After winning three British titles, he moved to Belgium where he raced on the 6 day circuit between 1977 and 1984. His career achievements include:

• British Junior Sprint Champion 1973
• British Senior 20km Champion 1974
• British Team Commonwealth Games 1974
• British 4km Team Persuit Champion 1975
• 4th European Championships (Madison ) 1980

Behind every successful man is a great woman. Mia fills this role at De Ver Cycles. Mia is the company secretary for the business and has six years experience in the cycling industry. Mia cycles for leisure and has completed the annual London - Windsor charity ride on a tandem. Mia enjoys reading and has read the biographies / autobiographies of numerous cycling greats including: Lance Armstrong, Robert Millar and Freddie Martens.

Jason is an experienced bicycle mechanic. He has been a cycle mechanic for 13 years and has shop management experience. He joined the staff at De Ver in 2002 and lists fishing among his hobbies.

Dan has 12 years experience in cycle trade. Dan was the UK base cycle team mechanic. Previous experience includes Sales and Managerial roles. Dan's hobbies include cycling, and mountain biking. Dan has completed numerous charity rides.
